I found this shop from a random google search and they seemed legit. What I appreciated was before having my car (Benz) worked on, they made time to troubleshoot the issue for free. There was no pressure to use their service, it was just good folks happy to help. Having always serviced my car at EuroMotocars, I was accustomed to some charge from the moment you pull up :) The other aspect that I appreciated was the cost. It was cheaper than the Benz dealership (I was getting wheel bearings replaced). This is a late post as I wanted to see if any issues would creep up after the service and it's been close to two weeks with no issues. But just to set expectations if you are accustomed to top tier dealerships. You do not get a loaner or swanky lounge, but you will get a functioning car, good service, timely updates, quick responses, and a small lounge with a TV and snacks. I give them a thumbs up as a first-time customer.
We appreciate your feedback! We are happy to hear you had a positive experience having the wheel bearing replaced on your Mercedes. We know our customers appreciate quality service, timely updates, quick responses and a comfortable waiting area and we are happy to provide just that! Thank you so much for this great review!
