I had my oil changed here a few months ago. First, they overfilled the oil, for which I had to go back the next day so they can drain it. Now, about 2 months later, I discovered that they did not tighten the drain bolt sufficiently, and oil has been leaking out in my garage. It's pretty pathetic that they can screw up a simple oil change in so many ways.

Dan and his people from Integrity were fantastic. I called about getting a state inspection and they got me right in. They were pleasant and helpful on what my next steps were for registering my car. And when I had an issue at the DMV with paperwork, I was able to call and Dan helped me right away. I wholeheartedly recommend Integrity Auto and Dan!

I did some google and Yelp review research of Airpark after I got a diagnosis and cost estimate from a dealer I had been going to for some time. Based on the positive experience of others, I had them take a look. While Airpark landed on the same error code, the problem was solved with the replacement of a small component instead of the whole part. I was able to fix the problem at a fraction what I had been quoted. I have five cars across the family, and these guys are getting all of the business from now on!

Best shop I know. Service manager is knowledgeable and attentive. I received 2 calls about details of work on my car. Fair pricing. Digital scheduling and communications are excellent.

Recently moved to Maryland. Needed a car inspection for registration and plates. Worked with Ernie Mendez who was helpful and professional. Easy to make an appointment, price was the lowest in the area for an inspection but most importantly I felt comfortable with the service I received. Will bring my other cars for inspection and will use them for future maintenance services.

The shop was great. Had an EWG issue with my N55 engine and was looking for a shop with experience fixing BMWs. Super fast turnaround and John was knowledgeable on the issue. Highly recommend and pricing was fair.
