First time customer. I had fluids on my driveway from an unknown source. I brought it in for a leak check and they determined that there was no leak causing what I was seeing. Must have driven thru something. Instead of "finding" something wrong, their honesty bought my business. They also helped me out with a shifter sensor that was giving me problems. Diagnosed as a common issue with my car the same day, quoted it about 6pm, and had it fixed by 9am the next morning. Communication was spot on. Fair, honest work. You cant ask for more than that in any auto repair shop.

I've found the staff at Airpark Auto Pros to be competent, friendly, and honest. I had taken my BMW Z3 in to fix a DSC (stability control) issue. They told me up front what they'd be doing, as identified by the car's OBD diagnostics, and about what it would cost. It turned out that more work was needed, but they didn't do anything without my permission at each step. I plan on taking the car back to get some other work done.
