Update 7/31: Thank you for the update. Would you mind giving me the name, or describe the person you spoke with? This is a highly unusual experience for us and if we ever leave a customer feeling this way, we need to take it very seriously and make sure it never happens again. Also, I don't see your name in service management system. Would you mind letting me know what name would be on the Repair Order? Or, what kind of vehicle and approximate date? _____________ Clement, It looks like you’d accidentally left this review for the wrong shop. There are several auto shops with names that start with “Airpark”. Would you mind please deleting this review and perhaps leaving it on the correct shop’s Google listing?
