I was referred here by CarMax since they take MaxCare. I've been here on two different occasions. The first time they replaced my alternator. The Jeep ran fine for 2 weeks then the computer system began to malfunction (this is what was happening the first time). But with a 2011 Jeep Compass it was time for a new alternator. The 2nd visit they found a wire needed to be re-grounded. They fixed that issue and the Jeep is doing great. The owner is a nice guy and loves to tell stories. He's honest with telling everything that was done to my Jeep and IF it does continue to happen he even reached out to another local Autoshop and was told that maybe the main computer will need to be replaced and reprogrammed. Honest owner and honest work. That's all people want. Friendly service and great time sharing stories back and forth.

I would highly recommend this auto shop if you are looking for honest mechanics to work on your vehicle. This is by far my best experience with an auto shop. Talk about transparency and honest pricing with honest mechanics. I'd give them an extra star!

I needed a state inspection before heading to the MVA. Airpark replied to my Yelp message inquiry about same-day service promptly and told me they could take me as a walk-in, no problem. I was greeted as I entered and had no wait. They immediately took my car back. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The process was quick and efficient, less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Awesome. The people were very friendly and rates were reasonable. I went there for my car inspection and it was done in 45 mins from the time i visited there. Very quick. My overall rating would be 5 Star for their excellence in their domain, friendliness and great customer service.

First came here a couple of years ago because they work with Carmax (where my brother and I got our car) and keep coming back because the service is good and timely and they do a good job keeping you informed. I've been back a few times, most recently to have my car checked out after I ran over something, and plan to continue coming back.

I brought my F-150 in for the standard MD state inspection. It took about 45 minutes. There is a waiting area with a 2 sofas and a TV. There are a few other auto body and service shops next door. When I arrived they had someone come out and drive my car into the autobay because the parking lot was some what small. Thanks!

My brother was heading out of town to Chicago when a piece of metal sliced his tire. Rob was professional, courteous and did whatever he could to help get my brother back on the road. My usual tire place had closed shop so I am also thankful I have now found my new tire guy!
